About
Our world was about to change
I was the eldest of 5 children at the age of 9; our mother worked on base at Mather AFB where our stepdad was stationed, and we were cared for after school by our great, great grandfather and a housekeeper. In 1957 I wrote about our ocean voyage for a class assignment on the Simon B. Buckner, a military ship we gained passage on after a six-month wait in New York, during one of the hottest summers ever recorded in Brooklyn, New York. We were to join our step-father in France for his 3-year tour of duty at Dreux AFB, just outside of Paris. What memories and experiences we all had! Two of my siblings were later born in France.

In my late 50's, I began writing for a small, local newspaper during the same time I was writing Mission Talks for my church on Sundays, sharing the good news missionaries associated with our church were doing abroad. God is so good! I am highlighting some of those along with some personal experiences dealing with prayer and miracles. I have come to know where our Hope lies, and in Whom it lies! Even when you are going through the darkest of valleys, the dawn always comes in the morning. God never leaves us; we have to have faith that Abba Father will turn things around for our good. These are some of the stories of the miracles in my life.

To God be the Glory & Praise.
